intake drink lots of water atleast 2-3 liters of 
water in a day plus add fresh fruits and vegetables
 in your diet. Oily skin people try to avoid oily food
 as your body already producing enough oil as per

Let Me share one DIY facial or cleaning 
steps  with you for oily skin to exfoliate
 weekly/once or twice not more than that.


Step 1 Cleaning - take a tomato ur uska pulp
 Nikal lijiye ya usko giss lijiye bus uski skin

 Mila sakte hai. Ab mixture se app circular motion

Step 2 expfoliate- thoda se oats ko grind Kar lijiye
  ya chokar add some honey some drop of lemon
 u can use essential oils like tea tree or lavender 
oil plus curd/dahi with little bit of rice flour.
 Due soft granul, its exfoliate your skin and
 clean it deeply removing excess oil and dead
 skin from face and give a beautiful glow to your
 skin. U can massage it atleast for 5-8 minutes.

Step 3 Nourishment/ massage- take only two

and blend them if paste is thick u can add water or less 
amount of veggies. Drink this smoothie empty stomach.
