Detox process of body and mind , मैं अपने शरीर का और दिमाग का डिटॉक्स कैसे करूं

Aj kal hum roj detox Ka naam  sunte hai yeh kya hai,
 iska matlab kya hai, kya  isko Karna health
 ke Acha hota hai, isko kis Tarah Kiya jata hai.  Aiyye aj jante hai
 inh sab sawalo ke bare mein.


Toxin Ka matlab hota hai harmful substances and
 Detox Ka matlab hota hai toxin ko hatana
Matlab Jo bhi toxin humare body mein chalegaye
 hai unko hatane ko ya bahar nikalne ke process
 ko hum detoxification kehte hai. Ab app yeh 
soachege ki hum toxin directly toh khate nai phir kyunki.
 Aj kal humare har chig mein toxins hai, air, water,
 vegetables, fruits, grains ur hum Jo dawaiya

mein use kar sakte hain.


  • Stop consuming alcohol yah bahut kam matra
 mein lena-detoxification ka sabse pahla rule hai agar

  • Skin detoxification ke liye apko ek din apne

 padhega after face wash. Agar hosake toh face wash bhi 
Kisi natural ingredient se Kar le like besan and phir usko
 aise he chord de no tonner no mosituriser nothing.

Recipe 1
Ingredients: 
1 liter Water.
1 lemon/orange/2 amla.
1 inch ginger.
5-6 basil leaves.
10-15 leaves of mint/coriander.
 1 liter glass jar/bottle.
In sabko jar/bottle milla ke Raat Bhar ke chord dena hai.
 Ab yahi Pani next day morning aap ko peena hai according
 to your requirement. You can make this more than 1 liter 
and increase the ingredients accordingly.


Recipe 2 
Ingredients
1-2 beetroots
1-2 carrots
1 tomato
Small bunch of coriander leaves
½ Karela (optional)
1 Amla.
Black salt a pinch.
 Put all these lovely vegeis in smoothie jar or blending jar 
and blend them if paste is thick u can add water or less 
amount of veggies. Drink this smoothie empty stomach.


Yah smoothie aap ki sirf detoxification mein he help nai karegi
 Saath mein yeh weight loss mein bhi help karegi.
