1.Har teen maheene mein kuch naya krane
ki koshish karen. Yeh bahut choti  cheejen ho
sakati hain. example ke liye, yadi aap khaana nahin
banaate hain to apane liye ek cup coffeee  ya tea
bana kar shuroo karen.


2. Din mein kuchh ghanton ke liye ya poore
din ke liye digital detox Kare. ( Digital detox means- 
ek time period jisme log stress kam karane ke liye
computer, smartphone or Anya digital devices ka
upayog nhi krte hai) .or us time ka use kuch  or
new activities me Kare.

3. kuch new challenges le, jaise 50 dino  mein
50 naye gaane sune  ya 50 dino mein koi ek new
book read kare. aap kuch bhi naya  kr skte hai
.ye aap PR depend krta h .

4.kisi ki ek  pure week ke liye help karen, vo 
aapka drivar, helper ,dada  dadi ya aapke padosi
bhi ho sakate hai.


5.apne routine ko change karen jaise agar
aapane kabhi lambe time  se sunrise nahin dekha hai
to subah jaldi uthen aur time par soye ya aap  kuch bhi
alag kr skte hai Jo aapne abhi tk nhi Kiya ho.

6.kuchh badalaav karavaen.  Jaise  new haircut
karaye ,ya new dresses  khareede ya koi bhi new style
try kr skte hai .kuch new try krte rhne see aapki life me
excitement bna rhega .


7. Naye dost bnaye or  unhe janane ke liye
pahal karen .Ya koi trip plan Kare, yadi aap abhi trip
  ke liye afford nhi kr skte hain, to aap uske baare me
research Kare , pln bnaye aur sapane dekhe .aise  cheeje
bhi apako ek badhaava de sakati hai aur us time ke lie
excitement paida kar sakati hai jab aap jaane ke liye afford
kr  skate hain. Or kuch limited paiso me Pura din spend
krne jaise naye challenge bhi le skte hai.


8. Apne room ya office ke furniture ko dobara se
arrange Kare ya apne room ko phir se sajaye . Cheejo ko
switch krne see bhi aap new or alag feel kr skte hai.


9.apne routine me fitness ko bhi include kare. Jaise
jogging , gyming , walking or yoga .


10.  Hmesha kuch naya seekhe. Jaise koi  nayi language
, nayi skills , ya koi nayi hobby ke baare me pade .isse aapko
naye logo se Milne ka mauka milega or apne abilities or interest
of share krke aap apne confident or yogytao ko bda skte ho.


Aapko apne khud ke najariye  ko bdal kr or apne daily routine
mein kuch badalaav karake apni life me in chote chote  tareekon
ka use krne ki jaroorat hai.

chote aur fresh changes aapki life par ek new aur exciting  bana
sakate hain.
