Correct Option : 4 (hit )

जब वो   construction site    में काम करता था , तब wood के टुकड़े ने .... किया ,
यहाँ वो hit किया या hit हुआ में से hit किया आएगा..

Had का use उसे past को उसके भी past से connect करने के लिए use होता है

और यहाँ past  के past की बात नहीं हो रही है
इसलिए यहाँ hit  आएगा
