Note- affirmative sentencesमें doubt/ doubtful/not sure के बाद whether तथा negative/interrogative में that का use किया जाता है|

Correct sent- Is it not doubtful that  he will come?/no error

Reason- negative/interrogative में that का use किया जाता है|

Example
It is not sure that he is a spy . /No error

Correct sent- It is not sure whether  he is a spy . /No error

Reason - affirmative sentences में doubt/ doubtful/not sure के बाद whether का use किया जाता है|
