The monkey and the crocodile
Once there was a monkey that lived on a tree full of fruits. Monkey is content in terms of food but he doesn't have any friends to talk to , so one day a crocodile came to the riverside and the monkey greeted the crocodile and gave him some fruits to eat. Crocodile became so happy and he asked for some more fruit for his wife also. Monkey gave him fruits and asked him to come back.
बंदर और मगरमच्छ
एक बार एक बंदर था जो फलों से भरे पेड़ पर रहता था। बंदर भोजन के मामले में संतुष्ट है लेकिन उसके पास बात करने के लिए कोई दोस्त नहीं है, इसलिए एक दिन एक मगरमच्छ नदी के किनारे आया और बंदर ने मगरमच्छ का अभिवादन किया और उसे खाने के लिए कुछ फल दिए। मगरमच्छ बहुत खुश हुआ और उसने अपनी पत्नी के लिए भी कुछ और फल मांगा। बंदर ने उसे फल दिए और वापस आने को कहा
Now the crocodile visits him regularly and they become best friends. One day the crocodile got late because he stayed for a long time with the monkey. This crocodile's wife got annoyed and she asked the crocodile to bring the monkey's heart for her. This crocodile got angry and said this can never be done. After listening, this wife went into deep waters leaving a small kido to the crocodile.
अब मगरमच्छ नियमित रूप से उससे मिलने आता है और वे सबसे अच्छे दोस्त बन जाते हैं। एक दिन मगरमच्छ बंदर के पास बहुत देर तक रहने के कारण लेट हो गया। इस मगरमच्छ की पत्नी नाराज हो गई और उसने मगरमच्छ से उसके लिए बंदरों का दिल लाने को कहा। इस पर मगरमच्छ भड़क गया और बोला कि ऐसा कभी नहीं हो सकता. यह सुनकर पत्नी छोटे बच्चे को मगरमच्छ को छोड़कर गहरे पानी में चली गई।
Crocodile got in confusion, later deciding to be on the side of his wife and to get a monkey for his wife. So next he went to the monkey and lied to him to get him, the monkey got ready and got on his back but on half way due to guilt feeling he told the truth to the monkey.
कॉर्कोडाइल असमंजस में पड़ गया, बाद में उसने अपनी पत्नी के पक्ष में रहने और अपनी पत्नी के लिए बंदर लाने का फैसला किया। तो आगे वह बंदर के पास गया और उसे लेने के लिए उससे झूठ बोला, बंदर तैयार हो गया और उसकी पीठ पर चढ़ गया लेकिन आधे रास्ते में अपराधबोध के कारण उसने बंदर को सच बता दिया।
Monkey got scared but acted sensibly and told crocodile, he left his heart on tree so they have to go back on tree to get his heart and innocently crocodile got agree and took him back on tree to get monkey's heart. Monkey climbed back on the tree and threw some fruits on him and said take these fruits to his wife and gain some wisdom plus he will not meet him again. Crocodile got embarrassed and went back.
बंदर डर गया लेकिन उसने समझदारी से काम लिया और मगरमच्छ से कहा, उसने अपना दिल पेड़ पर छोड़ दिया है इसलिए उन्हें उसका दिल पाने के लिए पेड़ पर वापस जाना होगा और मासूम मगरमच्छ सहमत हो गया और बंदर का दिल पाने के लिए उसे वापस पेड़ पर ले गया। बंदर वापस पेड़ पर चढ़ गया और उस पर कुछ फल फेंके और कहा कि इन फलों को उसकी पत्नी के पास ले जाओ और कुछ ज्ञान प्राप्त करो और वह उससे फिर कभी नहीं मिलेगा। मगरमच्छ शर्मिंदा हो गया और वापस चला गया।
