When to use rich vs the rich , rich vs the rich difference

Singular                               plural

rich अमीर              - the rich (अमीर लोग)

Rule
● कुछ adjevtive के पहले article , the लगाने से वह plural common noun बन जाती है|

● The riches शब्दों में s,es लगाकर plural नहीं बनाई जाती है|

● इनके साथ हमेशा plural verb का प्रयोग होता है|

Example

■  The riches / must pay /  taxes

Correct : The rich / must pay /  taxes

Reason -  The rich का  plural नहीं बनता है|
